Happy not-yet-new year

Here at LIW, we’d like to wish you all a happy, safe, healthy start to 2007. We are looking forward to the new year… but for us, it’ll be another month or so before we feel a celebration coming on and start making resolutions. Our new year really begins in earnest after 2007′s Festival ends on the 28th of January. Let us know what resolutions you’re making this year, if any. Here are some suggestions, just off the top: resolve to spend more time outdoors in the winter, stare down a topic that seems intimidating [and discover that there was nothing to fear], treat yourselves to a night at the theatre, experience some local art or music, stay up too late at a downtown bar listening to great music and fine conversation… luckily, you can do all of the above at LIW!…[plug plug]. Happy 2007 everyone!
