Back in black

See – you can tell that it’s THAT TIME, as neither Barbara nor I have checked in here in two weeks. We have been meeting with our local presenters, and hearing from the others as they prepare to make their way to Ithaca, and I have begun to switch hats from Associate Director to Stage Manager. If I had a minute to reflect, I would most assuredly be excited. And it has FINALLY begun to feel a bit more like winter, but hardly enough for me. My first Ithaca winter was brutal; anything less, and we lose bragging rights come spring…
Anyway, we hope those of you who’ll be coming to the Festival take the time to say hello, either here, or during the weekend. We’ll be the ladies in black – me in stage manager gear, Barbara in sleek producer attire – looking a little dazed but smiling, we hope, and none the worse for wear…[knocking wood, always].
